  • Publicly available resident data: information such as residency program, specialty, and graduation year compiled from publicly available sources like hospital websites, public directories, and government records.

How We Use Your Information

  • Match candidates, residents, and employers with job and training opportunities.
  • Provide recruiters and hospitals with licensed data products derived from publicly available information about medical residents.
  • Enable communication between candidates/residents and recruiters or hospitals.
  • Send optional SMS or email updates (if you have opted in).
  • Maintain security, perform analytics, and improve our Services.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell personal data that you provide to us without your explicit consent. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We may share or license information as follows:

  • Employers, recruiters, or residency programs when you apply or explicitly share a profile.
  • Licensed datasets derived from publicly available resident information, as described below.
  • Service providers such as hosting, analytics, and messaging platforms (e.g., Twilio for SMS).
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

SMS Messaging Program and Consent

PhysicianTrack™ offers SMS text message notifications related to job opportunities, interviews, and account updates from hiring authorities using the site. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 per week). You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sale or Licensing of Publicly Available Resident Data

PhysicianTrack™ may license or sell data compiled from publicly available sources about medical residents to employers, recruiters, or other authorized third parties for recruiting and research purposes. This data is gathered only from information that is already public and does not include any private data that a user provides through their account unless we have obtained that user’s explicit consent.

Your Choices

  • Update or delete your profile information at any time.
  • Control message frequency (immediate, daily, or email-only) and withdraw SMS or email consent from your settings page.
  • Opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings.
  • If you are a resident and wish to opt out of inclusion in our licensed public-domain datasets, email support@physiciantrack.com and we will suppress or remove your record to the extent legally possible.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption, access controls) and retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

International Users
